I am a Year 7 student in the Uru Mānuka Cluster. This is a place where I will share my learning. Please note that some of it will not be complete, it will be my first drafts. Remember to be positive, thoughtful and helpful when you leave me a comment.
My name is Shannon, and I’m from the Summer Learning Journey.
Wow, your recolour is phenomenal! I like the painting more with the contrast between blue and pink! It makes the watermelons pop!
What made you decide to split the painting into the two sections? It’s so clever how the painting now looks like two separate worlds coming together to trade food whereas the original is simply an everyday transaction. It definitely looks cooler like you said!
Have you considered increasing the size of your text to make it easier to see for your readers? It might entice more people to view your blog!
Hello Xavier. I really like the way you did your art piece. It makes me think of dark and day.Or it looks like part of it is in the shade(the blue)and the rest is in sunlight(pink). I like that you explained your reasoning behind the colours. Have a wonderful holiday and I look forward to seeing more of your holiday learning.
