Skittles

 chromatography is a technique for the separation of a mixture by passing it in solution or suspension through a medium in which the components move at different rates.

Aim: To seperae the colours from the skittles by using chromotography.

Materials

Skittles

petri dish

water

Method.

1, Place the skittle around the edge of the petri dish.

2. Carefully put water into the middle of the dish.

3.Watch to see which colours reach the middle first.

Hornby High school sport Hero

Dear Miss Bremner

I think you are our school hero because you are a great rugby coach a great touch coach.

Just One Wheel

Hello my readers 

The other day I read a story just one wheel. And hero in the story is Mr Rob. Because hey bring the unicycle to the school for the kids to ride them. And Mr Rob explains the best way to learn how to ride a unicycle is backwards.They practice at morning tea and lunch and before and after school. This makes him a Hero because he bring the unicycle to school and the kids could have broken them.

so that's why I think Mr Rob is the hero in the story. 

Weekly Reflection

 This week I am proud of my estle writing test I did so much work.

I struggled this week when lost my stationery.

Something I enjoyed this week was when we got all five points with Miss Bancroft and we got to play octopus. 

Next week I want to try do more work and less talking.

Time I had to keep a promise

 I think I promise sort of like a secret where you can't tell anyone what of is.Like such as the examples down below.

The time I had to keep promise was on the brothers birthday. My mum was going to buy him a new phone and a Bluetooth speaker.  

The other time I had to keep promise was on my sister's birthday because my Mum was buying her a tablet.

And also the other time I had to keep a promise was on my mum's birthday because me and my brother and my sister we all head saved up our own money and brought her make-up kit.

Hands on fire

 Aim: to light my hand safely on fire.

1. collect your equipment.

2. put some water into the tray.

3. put some detergent into the water.

4. put on your safety glasses.

5. tie back any long hair.

6. take off any jewellery. 

7. wash water onto your arms up to your elbows.

8. make bubbles in the water using the gas tap.

9. lock your elbows.

10.hold your hands together and scoop up the bubbles.
